SHI International Corp is currently looking for a Receptionist/Admin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful corporate organization who believes in promoting from within. This person would be a member of a 7-person team.
Position would be stationed at SHI's Front Reception Desk Position requires punctual, dependable individual as team functions within specific shift hours Working as a part of a team to answer phones in a professional manner and accurately route all calls coming in through the main switchboard to the appropriate SHI Representative Maintaining all tasked related to SHI's Front Desk Reception position; including yet not limited to: Greet and assist all visitors to SHI in a professional and friendly manner, assist all visitors in reaching their appropriate contact within SHI (utilizing systems in place and communication tools), assist with Main Desk responsibilities when needed. Sorting and distributing all incoming mail Monitoring and processing all outgoing mail Sorting and mailing all customer invoices; processing them through folding machine and then through the postage machine - checking for accuracy through the process Learning and utilizing company systems as a part of the workday; systems are used to route calls, mail, and general contact with SHI employees as well as various related tasks Organizing, shipping, and tracking weekly overnight envelopes for SHI's on site reps Providing coverage when needed Working as a part of the team and occasional flexibility Constant interaction with SHI employees, customers, vendors, etc. via email, phone, instant messenger; position requires excellent communication skills Potential/Possibility to be involved in Security functions involving Facilities team and/or security cameras
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
High School Dipolma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to utilize technology as a part of work day Candidates should be looking for long term career
